A very common question that I often have many people asking me is,

How do I lose x amount of pounds?

Be it 5, 10, 15 or even more. The basics of how to lose whatever amountof pounds still remains the same.

The basics
- This is what most people don’t understand. And this is exactly why they can’t seem to lose weight.

Remember this. A pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories.

It means that to lose a pound, you need to cut down 3500 calories from your food intake. However, do keep
in mind that the average calorie consumption of a normal person is only 2000 calories.

How the heck do you come up with a 3500 calories deficit? Would that mean you need to go without food for 2 days?

No! That’s not realistic. Even if you can do it, that’s not healthy!

Keep away from that at all means! I wouldn’t recommend that. Never.

So, how do you cut down 3500 calories so that you can lose a pound, while still remain healthy?

Cut down a little on your calories intake AND exercise at the same time. Here’s a complete guide how to do that with a proper diet.

Imagine cutting down your calorie intake to 1750, and do some exercises which would burn 250 calories.
You would have created a cut down of 500 calories/day. Cut down on the oily foods too. You wouldn’t know how much calories are inside those oil.

By the end of the week, it’s already 3500 calories in total, and what does that translates into?

A pound lost!

Do that over and over again and you’ll see the magic of it.

To see faster and more effective results, you need to have your diet well planned.
