Do you know what is the most important factor that 90% of the people who wants to lose weight DID NOT know about? This ONE factor is also the biggest reason why people who wants to lose weight, FAILS.

M-O-T-I-V-A-T-I-O-N !

Without motivation, I can almost assure you that whatever you’re doing to lose weight, will fail.

Almost.

And that is why, I’ve outlined 6 ways that I always use to keep myself and my clients highly motivated so that they can achieve their ultimate goal.

LOSE WEIGHT.

Have you ever asked, “How can I motivate myself to lose weight?”

If you have never asked yourself this question, then it’s time NOW to ask yourself about this. Many time I asked my clients and friends this question when they tell me they failed to lose weight, and guess what?

They didn’t know how to answer me!

So, there you go! The BIGGEST culprit behind why you failed to lose weight.

Here are 3 methods that I use to motivate not only myself, but my friends, families, clients and now - YOU!

1. Set Yourself Goals and Deadlines

Try to figure out how much weight you want to lose, and set a time frame for you to achieve. Try to be realistic though. Take into account your lifestyle, surroundings and other factors that could play a role in this.

Don’t make goals like 50 pounds in 2 weeks, or such ridiculous goals. You might want to start with a smaller goal, achieve it and then set a bigger goal.

That way it would be much easier. Again, be realistic.

2. Reward Yourself

Always, always reward yourself whenever you’ve achieved your goal. It doesn’t need to be a big reward. Any kind of reward will do.

The reason behind this is to keep you pumped up and motivated to achieve your next set of goals.

You can treat yourself to a nice dinner with all your favorite foods. Remember, losing weight is not about starving the hell out of yourself, nor it’s about not getting to eat your favorite foods.

Again, one reward for each goal achieved. Don’t overdo it, otherwise it will beat the purpose of rewarding yourself.

3. Stop Giving Excuses Today

Whenever you’re not seeing results, don’t try to justify it. Stop all the excuses.

Stop telling yourself you don’t have time for exercise.

Stop blaming your family genetics.

Stop blaming your spouse for feeding your with fattening foods.

Stop all that!

Think this way. If you’re not getting the results you want, it’s because you’re not trying hard enough, or you aren’t doing the right thing.

Go to your local bookstores, get a health magazine and read it up like a bible. Or go browse the Internet and find out from other people who were successful in losing weight.

Learn from them! If they can do it, I’m sure you can achieve what they achieved if you follow exactly what they did.
